Hallo! October 21, 2013

Hallo Familie!

Sorry It took longer to get my Email to you today the Internet place had problems and we had to come back later.

Well I'm already one week into my fourth transfer. It's crazy how fast time is going. Elder Briner used to always tell me that you get to the end and wonder how the time went so fast. I'm not close to the end my time seems to be slipping out of my hands. The leaves are changing colors here and it's quite beautiful. I will try to include some pictures of some of the trees and leaves here. Sorry about not explaining the pictures last week and all the other times haha. The bathtub last week was so that Dad could tell Jesse that we have a bathtub in our appartment, something not common among missionary appartments or any apparments for that matter. To conserve water because it's expensive here, I take a bath every sunday. It's quite relaxing and one of my favorite parts of the week. Thought that would make Jesse proud;) I'll also try to include descriptions from now on. I usually just forget.

Thats super crazy about Kiersten! It feels really weird to have a good friend get married. I guess you could say it feels like growing up but it still feels weird. I don't feel old enough to have friends getting married!
I hear from some people. It just depends on the week. Sometimes I hear from Grandparents and Aunts and Uncles. Other times it's friends and other missionaries. I email David regularly and I heard from his dad the other week. I've also talked with Josh Nestman, Riley Barnett, and a few other friends on missions. Really jsut depends on the week.

It's funny that you are all speaking next week in church because so am I! haha It's cool in these small branches everyone gets to speak pretty often because they don't have a huge pool of people to choose from.

It's a strange feeling not being there for family parties. It's definitely a sad feeling but don't worry about making me Trunky!!! The sadness is there but I'm definitely at peace with missing out on a few parties. This time is the Lord's and I will gladly give it up:) I'm glad you all had fun and had a good week. I miss having weekends and time off haha. Theres not really breaks here and I'm always tired. The Lord definitely keeps me strong though. Enjoy the breaks you have!!

I'm sorry I don't have time to respond to all of you today because of the Internet store problems but I appreciate all your emails. It's nice to hear all the day to day parts of your lives.

Well here is my week.
Nothing super special about P-day last week. haha sorry:)

Last Tuesday we didn't have too much but there is a quick detail I can share. We got into a conversation about our purpose as missionaries and then our religion with the owner of the internet place. He is Muslim but wants to know more about what we believe. We will bring a Arabic Book of Mormon with us next time so he can understand it better. Theres just so many opportunities to share the Gospel. I guess It helps being a full time missionary. It's all we do so I probly notice them more:)

On Wednesday we had our normal District meeting in Dresden. It was good. Other than that there is nothing to huge to report. We jsut finished with finding.

On Thursday We just did normal finding in Radebeul. Then a member called us, The Andersens. They invited us to a dinner of Pumpkin Soup. They also wanted to practice teaching skills with us so we did some missionary lessons with them pretending to be investigators to help us practice teaching. It was awesome!

Friday was way cool. We went to a town called Moritzburg. It has an AMAZING palace. It's surrounded by a lake and is jsut so cool that is what most of the Pictures I attached are. You should look up more Pictures on the internet though since I didn't get too many and I can't attach all of them. It was so Beautiful and surreal to see a giant castle-thing like that. It felt very much like a Mansion from Pride and Prejudice. We did some doors there in Moritzburg and found some pretty awesome contacts to go by. I hope to go there more often. It was a nice town and jsut had a good feel to it.

Saturday and Sunday weren't too Exciting. Just standard Days of finding and Weekly planning and Church and  Eating appointments with the Ortliebs:)

I'm running out of Time so I'll end it real quick. I never got the chance to use the cake mix you sent me because another missionary, Elder Risley, made me a cake for my birthday. But yesterday I finnally used it. The Last Picture I sent is a picture of some Cookies I made with it. Ya I know I'm pretty professional, just adding some eggs and oil to a cake mix to make cookies. Bet you didn't know I could cook like that did you;) They were delicious by the way. I'm pretty cool.

Well thats all I have time for. I love you guys and I pray for all of you. I Hope you all have a wunderbar week! Tschüßie!

Elder Trevor Bone
