Hallo Familie!
First off I must apologise once again for not having pictures. I forgot to bring the card reader this week so I cant attach any. I don't have a ton of time this week either so I am going to go straight to what I did.
On Tuesday we went to a town called Priestewitz to go by the lady we had set up an appointment with. She wasn't home but her husband was and he had no idea what we were talking about. He was nice but had no interest. It was kinda funny. We tried to find the referall that I talked about last week but we couldn't. We decided that we will just come back later and door the whole town so that we can call it contacted;) We finished the day with volleyball which was really fun!
On Wednesday we had District Meeting in Dresden. It was a good meeting and was a nice break from the day to day routine. Oh I'm not sure if I told you or not but Elder Stringham, my MTC companion, is now in my district here. He is the other Elder in Freiberg now. We finished the day with Ward Council.
Thursday we did some finding and then we baked some cookies and took them to a contact named Herr Donaubauer. He has been sick and we wanted to show him that we still care! He told us he will call us when he gets better so we will be praying for him!
On Saturday and Friday we did a bunch of finding and had weekly planning. We also tried to get the bikes that we have up and running but we found that one of them is broken so we will see if we can get it fixed. Oh that leads me to money. So I took out some money last week or so to pay for the package to send home, which I still need to send... I will probly send that tomorow. The rest I had to buy a helmet for the bike. We just buy the helmet and take it with us from area to area so it is our personal. I will probly take out €50 more today because I want to buy Elder Peterson a present for his birthday, which is today:) I also want to buy a few ties because a store has them on sale here for €3. The rest of the money I will hold on to for later things but I figure it's better to take out more so the withdraw fees don't add up.
