Moin Moin! April 28

Hello my family!

Sorry this email will be short but right when we got here to do emails
Jürgen called us and needed our help in his garden. We went and helped him
and thus have we but a small amount of time. I will quickly tell you some
highlights of my week:)

On Wednesday we went and had lunch with Hoang and his sisters. Hoang is the
guy who got baptised my first couple of weeks here. He was an investigator
of the Sisters but we are all really good friends. The pictures that I
attached of the cats and the house are from that lunch. They just had a
really pretty house and it was cool. They also had two cats and one of them
really reminded me of Nick.

Oh man Thursday was absolutely awesome. So a couple of weeks ago we were
stopped by this lady in a store and she started speaking to us in English.
She asked us if we were Americans and we of course told her that we
absolutely were. She started freaking out and got all excited and then
asked if we would come to her English class. She told us that we couldn't
talk about the Bible and that she just wanted to know about "us". So on
Thursday we finnally were able to go and it was basically a two hour press
conference with about 15 people all with pretty functional English. It
started out with just questions like "Where are you from?" and "What do you
do for fun?". But as it always happens some brave soul finally asked what
the teacher meant by us being Missionaries:) For the next hour and a half
we just answered question after question about what we believe, what kind
of church we are and everything. They were all so facinated and amazed at
everything we said. I know that the spirit was there and that he was
working in the hearts of at least a couple of those people. I wish I could
explain more of what it was like and how they all reacted.  The teacher,
Rike, absolutely loves us. She said she would love to have us come back and
she told us she would stay in contact with us. She texted us later that
night and told us that she recieved multiple texts from her students
telling her that they really liked us and wanted us to come back. We are
pretty excited about the whole situation:)

One more quick miracle:) We were going by on an African contact named
Godfried in a town called Algermissen. We went by his house but he wasn't
home. When we were walking back to the trainstation we saw an African man
walking on the street and I said to Roberts that is would be pretty crazy
if it were him. We talked to him and it was! It was crazy!

That was pretty much it. I would tell you more but I don't have time:( I
hope you all have a great week! Love you!
