Wochenliche Hallo!‏ Monday September 2, 2013

Hallo meine Familie!
A lot has happened this last week and I´m excited to tell you guys! So first things first. Transfers are this week and like i´ve said before, Elder Briner is going home. I on the other hand, am staying in Germany. But I am not staying in Halle! I am going to Meißen! You pronounce it the same way you say bison but with an M. It´s a smaller city near the city of Dresden. My new companion is Elder Bean. I leave Halle tomorrow which is sad but I´m excited to see Dresden and Meißen! They are both supposed to be beautiful cities. Anyways I´ll do my best to tell you about this last week. I´ve been pretty busy trying to pack and things are a little crazy so I accidentally forgot my planner again. But I´ll do my best:)
I told about P-Day last week so starting with last tuesday. Tuesday was a weird day because we had to Abmeld or  ``Unregister`` Elder Briner from Germany. It was weird because I had just Registered only a few short weeks ago. We went by a few contacts and then attempted to do some Doors but we ran out of time. We had an appointment with the Bishop and his wife. We don´t have a ward mission leader and so they wanted to try and help us out. We had dinner and talked about the ward which was really good.
On Wednesday we had District Meeting and then we had District Lunch, which was made by the Sisters. It was fun! After DM we then had a Tausch. Elder Briner and Roggow went to Groitzsch with Elder Risley and Elder Künzle stayed here with me in Halle. We spent the rest of the day going by a few contacts and then had an appointment scheduled with a old investigator named Winter. He said that right now was a bad time so we made another appointment next week.
Thursday(woot). Started out the B-Day with study. We then had lunch with was Fettuccine Alfredo that I made:) We then took a train to Mücheln an spent most of the day there. We had an appointment with an investigator named Herr Zwansiger and then we went by a Referral from the Mission Office that ironically we had received that morning in the Mail. Pretty cool blessing that we we´re planning on going to the city that the referral lived in! They weren´t home but we have their address and we can go by again later. We then had to take two trains to get to Leipzig so that we could tausch back. Elder Risley had made me a cake for my BDay so we went back to Halle and had a little party. It was a pretty good day!
Friday we did a little bit of SK and then had Weekly Planning. It was weird because Elder Briner wont be here for the week but so is life. We then did a little more SK and then had our English class and Planning with the Sisters.
Saturday was a little bit more rough. We had the Soup Kitchen in the morning and in the middle of it we got our Transfer Calls. That was when we found out that I am going to Meißen and Elder Roggow will be training a new missionary here and also will have Elder Hansen as a second companion. We weren´t expecting for me to leave or for Elder Roggow to be training so it was a pretty big surprise. We met with a member right after named Joni. She´s form Canada and was baptised here. She´s cool and we had a good time talking sharing a little spiritual thought. We finished the day with our weekly Wutzler appointment. They were sad to here that I was leaving. Sister Wutzler jokes all the time that men are worthless and that there is probly one good man in every hundred. She joked one time that out of the missionaries here, pointing to me, ``him in the middle probly. He´s alright.`` I´ll miss those Saturday appointments. They were pretty fun.
My last Sunday in Halle and Elder Briner´s last Sunday in Germany. We both bore our Testimonies and also Sister Ricks because she is going to Marzan, Berlin. It was an incredible meeting and was so awesome. We went to the Müllers house for an eating appointment. They are the one´s that sent the postcard and pictures of us eating Tacos. They are such a cool family and such nice people. We had an appointment fall out with our investigator Noel. It´s weird to leave and know you wont see investigators again. We then took some time to pack and then had another appointment with a Member Corrola. She´s way cool and Blind! We finished the day with a little bit of study and more packing.
Well I think that was everything. I hope you all have a great week filled with awesomeness. May the Force be with you!
Love you guys!
