This week went by way too fast! It feels like just a few days ago I was writing last weeks email. We had a good week here in Hildesheim.
On Wednesday we had Zone Training Meeting in Hannover and then Interviews with President. It was a good meeting and I really enjoyed my Interview with President. We had to do a little ''lesson'' with him and teach one of the PMG lessons. President is an awesome man. Between interviews, the meeting and the leadership meeting that Elder Roberts had because he is District Leader it took up pretty much all day.
We met with Jürgen a couple times this week also and he is doing awesome. We had a great Joint Teach and tried to get him on a program to help him stop smoking. He didn't like the program we had but he said he isn't going to give up. He has also come to church for the last two weeks so we are also hopefull and feeling good about things.
On Friday we did some finding and weekly planning and then at the end of the day we had Ping Pong. We play Ping Pong every Friday so that members can invite their friends and stuff to it. It's a lot of fun.
Saturday we had to go to Hannover in the morning for a couple of Baptism Interviews. The Elders there were baptising an African Family so Roberts had to do the Interview. The Zone Leaders also interviewed Hoang, one of the investigators from the Sisters. He got baptised on Sunday! He is way awesome and we are really good friends with him as well. He is 21 and from Vietnam.
Sunday we had church and then right after was the baptism. It was just a great experience. It was kinda sad because one of our investigators, Stavros, tried to come but got there late. He is from Greece and a good friend of Hoang's also. The important part was that he tried though, even though he felt bad about missing it.
Today was an awesome day! We went with the Sisters and Hoang to the Marienburg Castle! It is a freaking cool castle in our area. I don't have time to explain the whole story and stuff of the castle so you're going to have to google it. It is really cool and is one of the most famous castles in Europe because it is connected to the English crown and is still owned by the Royal Family. I put just a few of the pictures that I took but you'll have to wait till I get home to see the rest:)
I'm glad that nothing got broken in the package! THe kinder eggs were for you so I hope that you ate them:) Unfortunately I wasn't able to put more Milka bars in there;) Sorry I don't have time to write a longer more detailed email. I am so happy to be here in Deutschland auf Mission! Thank you for all you do for me! Ich habe sie alle lieb! Bis nexte Woche! May the force be with you.
Elder Trevor Bone
