I hope your week was awesome cause my week was pretty sweet. We had a solid number of lessons and our investigators are all doing really well. I kind of thought about it and realized that it might be kind of confusing for you to keep track of all of the investigators so on this email I'm going to tell you about all of them.

First off is Omid. He is 20 and from Iran. He has been in Germany for 3 years and is right now finishing up repeating the German High School equivalent because they didn't recognize his Iranian schooling. His father studied in the USSR and this is not religious. He is really doing well and this week we invited him to baptism and he said he would think about it and get back to us this week. He also has the Gospel Library on his  phone and just reads stuff all the time and then comes to us with questions about things that we haven't talked about yet. He's great.

Josef is also from Iran and is 36 his family is Muslim and not so happy that he is now a Christian (he is not baptized but believes in Christ and is not a fan of Islam). He is the one who had sheep:) He is on baptismal date for the 28th of February.

Angela is from Brasil and is 19. She is here for a year. She is reading the Book of Mormon and is doing really well. She thinks that it is a really strange book and that God is kind of angry but she feels really good when reading. She just "doesn't want to go to hell." She is super funny:)

Rui (Ray) is 54 and from China. She was a news reporter in China and lived in America for a long time. She has a lot of energy and has a sincere desire to learn about God and who he is. She goes to a Chinese Christian church right now but we had an awesome lesson with her on Saturday. I'll tell you a little bit more about that appointment later;)

The next two are investigators but but haven't met with them as much because he is really busy. They are Marc and Anja. He is actually American. He was a member of the Church and served a mission in Germany and then some years ago ha a big divorce and lost his his membership in the church in the process. But I have to ask you Dad if you know him. His name is Marc Buckley and he went to Skyline around the same time as you. He swam his freshman year and played football after that.  We tried to figure the years and are pretty sure that you were there at the same time . I know that your memory might not be the greatest but maybe you remember him;) He isn't a member anymore but still loves the Church and especially his mission. He still has all of his mission scriptures and thinks about his mission every day. He said it is the one thing that kind of keeps his connection to God and the church alive. He is super busy trying to start a business right now but hopefully he can find time in the future.

The last Investigator that I have time for is Herr Crivellarri. He is from Italy and was Catholic but doesn't like a lot of the things that the Church did so now he "just believes in God." He's a little skeptical about the Book of Mormon but we're working on it.

Now a couple of cool experiences this week. The first was a huge miracle. On Thursday we had an eating appointment at a part member Family, the Salzingers. She is from Martinique in the Caribbean and was baptized about four years ago and he is German. On the way there I left my wallet in the bus. We did about 45 minutes of doors before the appointment and it was right as we were getting to the Salzingers that I noticed that I didn't have it anymore. I had about €100 still left over from Christmas and both debit cards as well as my German drivers license and Temple recommend inside. We asked the Salzingers if there was a number we could call to report it or something and Sis Salzinger said she had a friend who worked for the Busses. She called up the friend and figured it all out and within 30 minutes we had found out that someone had turned in the wallet and that we could meet the bus at one of the stops to get it. Herr Salzinger even drove us to the stop and then back after getting the wallet. The best part is that everything was till inside of the wallet. Even the money:) God was definitely answering some prayers that day cause I prayed so hard that someone with an honest heart would find it. During the whole thing I just had a calm feeling like it was all just going to be ok. Even Sis Salzinger was freaking out more than me;)

Then I will tell you a little about our appointment with Rui. Haha oh man...So we met her at the McDonalds in the airport. When she got there she had prepared us a whole meal of turkey legs, baked sweet potatoes, green beans, and couscous. She then asked us what we wanted from McDonalds! It was super awkward cause we were just sitting there at McDonalds with a tray of two cheeseburgers and a glass plate that she brought with a "thanksgiving" dinner on it. I included a picture as well. It was just really weird and I'm not even sure that you are allowed to do what we did, bringing food haha! Naja. But the best part was that right after we ate we taught  her the plan of salvation.  It was honestly  one of the best 2nd lessons I've taught on my mission. We were just using scriptures like total bosses and she was eating it all up. She kept telling us how she could feel it in her heart that what we were saying was true. She was also taking notes like a mad man and without us telling her she focused on the atonement and circled it showing how important it was. I mean, we taught that it was important but it wasn't like we said "Rui! The Atonement is the most important thing EVER! Don't ever forget it!" Now that I think about it maybe we should teach it like that. It is kind of true haha. It was just overall one of the stranger appointments I've had so far. Ba da ba ba buh... I'm loving it.

Well it finally snowed this week as well and I sent some pictures of it:) I also included a picture of a Pomm-Döner. Its a döner in a box with fries, most desirable and very delicious.

I will respond about the trip in another email! I love you all and hope you have a great day/week! May the force be with you.
