I hope you all had a great week! This week was pretty good for me. It was a little bit slower but it was still good. It is starting to be a little bit scary seeing that I really don't have very many weeks left. I still wake up and feel like I am just going to do this for the rest of my life. It kind of feels like this is all I have ever done, as if there was no life before the mission and there will be no life hereafter; I will just stop existing. Nah this week was good. We finally got back in contact with Angela and we met with her on Friday I believe. She was/is just really busy with work and school but had a free day. She actually came to us and asked if we could meet so I guess that's something we've got goin for us.
We also met with Oliver this week, our one and only German investigator! He is doing really well. He wants to go slow and just really understand everything but that's okay. He really likes the Book of Mormon and comes every week to church for all three hours even! We have another appointment for this Wednesday.
On Tuesday we had a cool activity with the young men. We had another companionship from Altona come and then we went on splits with the young men. We all split up with one of the boys and then went an did some finding. I went with a boy named Jacob. We went to a street that we had already picked out and did some doors. We didn't find anyone specific but we did talk to one man who gave us a referral for one of his neighbors. We haven't been able to get ahold of the neighbor yet but hopefully we can this week!
This week we also did some finding in a park. We have learned that parks in Germany don't really always mean playground but rather just forest. Most of the time when it says park on the map we go there and it is just undeveloped land. Just foresty areas with dirt paths. We have been trying to find another place to draw the plan of salvation but we can't find a good place where lots of people walk. All the paths are made out of dirt in the parks!
We had kind of a cool experience last week and this week. Last Saturday before the baptism a boy and his mom came to the church. They are from Albania and the son is 15 and can speak English. He is a member and so is his brother who is 14 but the parents aren't. They all came to church today because the just moved here from Albania as refugees. Hopefully we can work with them and get the parents baptized as well. I think we have an appointment on Thursday.
Well I think that is everything. As for the package that you want to send I can't think of anything that I want/need so I guess just surprise me:)
Well I hope you have a great week! The pictures are jsut dumb pictures I took in the forest this week. I love you all!
